REFUND POLICY

As we strive to provide quality products, customer service and products delivered in a timely manner our biggest goal is to excel in customer service. 
There are no refunds on custom items underneath any circumstance.

Due to covid and related mailing issues, once the item is accepted by USPS, UPS, FEDEX, Tenacious Fit no longer assumes responsibility or Liability on items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will work with the carrier and the customer in hopes of a delivery in a timely manner.

No Refunds or Returns

Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all our items are custom-made specifically for each order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Order Accuracy and Cancellations

Before placing your order, please ensure all details are accurate, including item specifications, personalization, and shipping information. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or altered.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
